Program Manager - Banking - EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the implementation of complex corporate lending system projects for a major financial institution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these initiatives, from initial conception and strategic alignment to final delivery and closure. This role requires a blend of deep domain expertise in syndicated loans, strong technical acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive projects that are critical to the bank's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Execution : Oversee the entire project lifecycle for key agency and syndicated loan system implementations, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets all technical specifications.
• Solutioning & Feasibility : Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to define project scope and business requirements. Partner with architecture and engineering teams to design robust IT solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and assess the impact of new services on cost, capacity, and infrastructure.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management : Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership, business units, and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment. Effectively manage relationships with external partners and lead offshore vendor delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Governance & Risk Management : Develop project charters, scope documents, and risk assessments to support management decisions. Proactively identify project risks, recommend mitigating measures, and ensure compliance with regional banking regulations, including cloud guidelines and third-party risk management.
• Production Support : Provide oversight and support to L1 and L2 teams in managing the production applications within the team's portfolio.
