Job Description & Requirements
1) To prepare installation schedule
2) To prepare manpower chart, equipment lists, engineering submittal
3) To prepare schematic, flow-chart, programming write-up
4) To program controllers, sensor instrumentation, and 3rd party program.
5) To preparing training for server operators and training documents
6) To response to customers' query and request in a timely manner
7) Liaise with factory , coordinating team on all project matters, including orders, logistics arrangement, services, exchange / repair / calibration and etc
8) Building good rapport and customer relationship
9) To provide basic operation and maintenance training to customers.
10) Organise contractors meeting and site visits.
