Key Responsibilities :
Research Work :
Lead and execute research initiatives, including conducting literature reviews and analyzing data to respond to stakeholder inquiries.Organize and facilitate focus groups, as well as perform data entry and transcribe audio / video recordings.Oversee the progress of data collection, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security of the data.Prepare detailed research reports and deliver presentations on key findings to stakeholders.Design and maintain research databases, and develop data visualization dashboards to provide operational insights.Innovation / Technology Work :
Work closely with social workers and psychologists to identify and integrate innovative practices and technologies that enhance both professional practices and internal workflows.Assist in developing programming scripts to automate and streamline work processes.Programme Development & Audits :
Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of programs and practice standards.Conduct literature reviews to identify best practices and evidence-based programs for continuous improvement.Help with the design and formatting of materials, as well as prepare content for newsletters and other communications.Administrative Work :
Organize and maintain knowledge repositories, ensuring proper documentation of work processes.Oversee the management of corporate resources, including library materials, test kits, manuals, and digital storage devices.Contribute to the creation of content for departmental newsletters and event-related communications.Key Requirements :
Degree in Psychology , Social Work , Business, Human Resource Management , Applied AI, Information Technology , or a related field.Prior research experience , ideally in a social service or psychology context.Proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA).Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.Experience in digital communication / design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, CANVA, Piktochart).Experience with online data collection platforms (e.g., SurveyGizmo, Qualtrics).Familiarity with intermediate-level statistical analysis and good data management practices .Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Organised and capable of managing multiple timelines and deadlines.
