Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Program Manager :

Job Responsibilities :

  • Define and articulate product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on user needs, market research, and business objectives.
  • Prepare and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), leveraging digital tools and AI solutions where applicable to streamline documentation.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and innovation opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to scope, plan, and deliver product features efficiently.
  • Establish key product performance indicators and use data-driven insights to guide product iterations.
  • Ensure product features are developed in alignment with accessibility, usability, and security standards.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and clarity in product development

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, digital platforms, or educational technology.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in product management tools such as Jira; familiarity with AI tools for productivity and research is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment.
  • Passion for innovation in education and interest in leveraging technology for impactful learning solutions.

  • Salary : Up to SGD 5,000 + AWS + VB
  • Working Location :  Kent Ridge
  • Working Hours : 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
