Roles & Responsibilities

Scope :

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies
• Record and update customer information in the system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments
