Role : Senior Programmatic Trader

The role encompassed responsibilities across the whole SEA region and beyond, including India, China and Japan. As such, you would be involved in shaping the strategy for the whole of APAC from supply to data to commercial partnerships.
Your main responsibilities will include :
Campaign Execution
- Excellent campaign performance – deliver client success across a diverse portfolio of accounts across SEA
- End to end campaign ownership and performance monitoring
- Use data to enhance buying decisions, resulting in overachievement vs. client- stated KPIs and internal profit objectives
- Use insights to build client rapport to up-sell and earn incremental opportunity
Portfolio Management
Deliver on-point margin and retain clientsBalance portfolio growth objectives with margin / profitability objectives across a variety of campaign typesGrow campaign portfolio via surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationshipsUse data, analysis, and trading expertise to deliver campaign ahead of pace and maintain performanceInternal Collaboration
Seamlessly communicate with commercial teams on product / capabilities positioning and growth strategy across multiple geographiesTake initiative to support others and deliver teaching / training sessionsWork closely with Head of Trading & Operations in Singapore and DnA team in Bangalore on Analytics projects in the regionWork with MiQ global central departments to aid in any of the following :Ad operationsPre-campaign AnalysisPost-campaign insight reportingTroubleshootingExternal Communication
Very confident in content creation and delivery for external meetingsAttend and participate in external meetings - deliver insight pieces and Q&AStrong emphasis on delivering clients actionable insights via weekly commentary and end-of- campaign reportsInnovation

Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience with hands-on trading digital programmatic campaignsCommercial experience – clear evidence of servicing advertisers to a high standard. In addition to working closely with internal commercial departments to either holistically grow revenue and / or develop advertiser partnerships through delivery of performance, insight and relationshipExperience working in client-facing environment would be an advantageStrong experience & proven track record of optimising programmatic campaigns in TTD, DV360 and Xandr – including full-funnel DR campaignsSkills :
Strong mathematical and analytical skills are essentialTechnically and analytically astute within the field of digital programmatic tradingThe ability to work with large datasets in Excel files and BI internal toolsA working knowledge of statistical modelsWorking knowledge of SQL, R, Python or Bonsai (especially) is an advantageStrong troubleshooting ability, clear systematic approach to problem solvingStrong communication skills and an ability to work both independently and contribute within a team environmentA start-up mind-setStrong presentation skillsAlignment with MiQ's core values / cultureA can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasmWe’ve highlighted some key skills, experience and requirements for this role.
