Product Engineer - ALWAYSHIRED PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

💵 Salary : Up to $5,000 / month

📍 Location : Tampines (Nearby Ikea)

🕒 Working Hours : Monday to Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) structures for new and existing products

✅ Maintain and support Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP processes

✅ Understand and support rack packaging design requirements

✅ Lead and execute BOM and material changes while coordinating with cross-functional teams locally and overseas

✅ Provide hands-on support during production ramp-up (mass run)

✅ Lead or participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities

✅ Support NPI (New Product Introduction) qualifications in the factory

✅ Assist in internal and external ISO audits

🧠 Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering
