Site Supervisor (M&E)

Conducting regular maintenance activities such as unit

cleaning, filter replacement, and leak

inspection

2. Identifying and resolving issues

within the air conditioning system, such as compressor malfunctions

or refrigerant leaks

3. Developing feasibility

pre-installation design proposals and executing installation

tasks

4. Conducting chemical and overhaul

cleaning

5. Engaging with customers to assess

their requirements and provide information on air conditioning

systems

6. Adhering to safety protocols and

regulations to ensure a secure working

environment

7. Ensure that all service standards

and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure a

smooth operation

8. Assist with all scheduling

of daily operations and special events, to meet

budget.

9. Processing paperwork and traveling to

multiple sites as required.

10. Communication in

English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking

associate).
