Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Supervise, monitor and control project for compliance to specifications and drawings.
• Resolve site technical issues to ensure inspection and approval by the consultant of the work done.
• Laise with main-contractors, subcontractors, clients and other parties involved in the projects.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, prepare and submit necessary documents / reports for projects.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
• Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on-site. Ensure compliance to all Governmental, Building Rules,
• Regulations and Safety at site Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phase to ensure deadlines will be met
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
