Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor / customer accounts.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and credit notes.
• Issue customer invoices and follow up on collections.
• Monitor aging reports and manage outstanding balances.
• Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Support year-end audit and liaise with auditors.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (GST / VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax, etc.).
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support in preparation of statutory submissions to regulatory bodies.
