Looking for : Quantity Surveyor (Full time / Part time)Job Description :
- Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
- Ensure timely and completeness of taking off quantity, sourcing for quotation from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors, price comparison, costing summary, understanding tender documents and tender submission.
- Prepare project budget and monitoring on regular basis.
- Recommend award sub-contractors and prepare sub-contracts agreement.
- Site measurement and site meeting with Clients and consultants.
- Payment response for sub-contractor’s progress claims.
- Prepare progress claim, variations orders, and project final account
- Keeping and maintaining all contract and sub-contract documentation, manage the transmission of all documents and drawings to the client and consultants.Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
- Individuals of the highest calibre who are confident, driven and with excellent interpersonal skills.
- PC literate in Word / Excel / Power Point / AutoCAD etc.
- Bilingualism (English and Mandarin).
- No experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Good team player and able to work independently with positive attitude.
