Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

As the subject matter expert for all hiring needs within the organisation, you will be expected to manage the end to end recruitment within the organisation. You should be able to work well with minimal supervision and able to manage the various stakeholders.

Responsibilties :

  • Manage the entire end-to-end talent acquisition function including candidate Sourcing & Selection, Salary benchmarking, Offering and On-boarding processes (i.e. Orientation, government security clearances, etc).
  • Hiring requirements includes both IT and Corporate Support function, across Junior to Senior Managerial level positions.
  • Work with all hiring managers on their staffing requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic staffing plans.
  • Manage recruitment vendors for selected talent search.
  • Building up of talent database and pro-actively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remains engaged in current or future roles.

Requirements :

  • At least a Diploma or Degree education.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Recruitment either with an Agency or In-house.
  • Candidates with IT recruitment experience will be advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Willing to learn and open to taking on additional roles within Human Resources.
  • Candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
