Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Performance Analysis
- Analyze and optimize growth funnels : acquisition, activation, retention, revenue (AARRR) .
 - Identify bottlenecks in the user journey and propose solutions based on data.
 - Work closely with the product, marketing, and content teams to design and execute data-informed growth experiments .
 
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
Set up and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, K-Factor, ROAS).Perform cohort analysis, funnel analysis, churn prediction, and user segmentation.Prepare clear, actionable reports to guide cross-functional decision-making.3. A / B Testing & Experimentation
Design, execute, and interpret A / B tests for feature releases, landing pages, and onboarding flows.Monitor test results for statistical significance and recommend rollout strategies.4. Collaboration & Tooling
Collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure proper event tracking and instrumentation (via Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, etc.).Work with SQL, Google Sheets, or BI tools to derive insights.Contribute to building a growth playbook based on successful tests and frameworks.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics).2–4 years of experience in a growth, product analytics, or marketing analyst role.Proficient in SQL and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Tableau).Familiarity with growth concepts : CAC, LTV, churn, retention, virality, ROAS, etc.Strong critical thinking and business judgment; able to turn numbers into action.Experience working in a startup or mobile app environment preferred.
