Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support destination strategy and pricing recommendations.
- Advise destination managers on optimizing tour listings with engaging content, images, and seasonal offerings.
- Recommend new tours or experiences (e.g., scuba diving, local excursions) to enhance product offerings.
- Analyze customer feedback and performance data to improve destination appeal and tour conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align local destination insights with broader business goals.
- Monitor travel trends to identify opportunities for growth across assigned destinations.
Requirements :
