Roles & Responsibilities
Technology Product Manager
- System Ownership & Strategic Roadmap : Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the inventory management system. Own the strategic roadmap for system enhancements and lead initiatives to improve its efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
- Product Development & Optimization : Ability to spearhead the design and development of an advanced inventory management product, leveraging smart forecasting, agentic AI to optimize decision-making, reduce stockouts, minimize excess inventory and improve work efficiency
- Replenishment Practices Setup : Define and implement advanced replenishment scenarios and its workflow, including B2B, VMI, E-comm and allocation models.
- User Training & Adoption : Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive training programs and documentation to ensure high system proficiency and adoption across all business units.
- Performance Monitoring & Enhancement : Establish and monitor key system performance metrics, using data analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive a culture of optimization.
