About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous
and proactive Payroll & HR Executive to join our team. You will
manage payroll and HR administration, support recruitment
activities, and coordinate performance appraisal processes. This is
a great opportunity to gain full-spectrum HR experience in a
vibrant hospitality setting.
Key
Responsibilities
Payroll &
Compliance
Process monthly
payroll accurately and on time (QuickHR).
Handle
new hires, resignations, increments, and final salary
computation.
Prepare and submit CPF, SDL and
Work Pass levies.
Assist with IRAS submissions
(IR8A / IR21).
Maintain employee records and
ensure MOM compliance.
Recruitment
& Onboarding
Manage
end-to-end recruitment : job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and
offers.
Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth
handover of employee documentation.
Support HODs
on manpower planning and staffing
needs.
Appraisals & HR
Support
Assist in scheduling and
administering performance appraisal
cycles.
Track appraisal submissions and follow
up on KPIs with managers.
Maintain records of
evaluations and support salary / bonus review
exercises.
Handle HR admin (leave tracking,
insurance, medical claims, uniforms, staff
benefits).
Respond to employee queries on
payroll, leave, and HR
matters.
