Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with major telecom operators in Singapore and at overseas headquarters, playing a leading role in supporting the company’s operations.
- Expand senior executive networks with international and local internet companies to drive multi-domain business synergies and strategic partnerships.
2. Business Development & Market Strategy
Formulate and execute cross-border business expansion strategies, leading market development for network and communication projects.Identify and promote new business opportunities and collaborative projects in IDC (Internet Data Centers), network infrastructure, cloud computing, and IoT.Review, analyze, and stay well-informed of business, industry, and regulatory trends to provide strategic guidance, insights, and recommendations to management.3. Project Management & Execution
Oversee major ICT (Information & Communications Technology) and network communication projects throughout the entire lifecycle—from initiation and commercial negotiations to delivery.Monitor the implementation progress of IDC operations and network communication projects to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.4. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Lead multinational and cross-functional teams, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve project and business goals.Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall execution and professional capabilities.5. Industry Insights & Strategic Planning
Continuously track global and regional trends in network communications, IDC, and cloud computing, and provide regular strategic analysis and recommendations.Participate in formulating the company’s medium- to long-term development strategies in Singapore, overseas markets, and corporate headquarters.Tell employers what skills you have
