Applications are now open for the Asia LEAD Program (Leadership, Experience, Advocacy, and Development), August 2026 intake – our signature graduate program designed to give you the skills, experiences, and network to thrive in the insurance and financial services industry.

As part of the Actuarial Track, you’ll apply your analytical expertise to tackle complex challenges and influence financial decisions. Through rotational assignments, structured learning, and advocacy experiences, you’ll gain broad exposure across core actuarial functions and build a strong foundation for your career.

Position Responsibilities

• Engage in three six-month rotations across key business and specialist areas.
• Develop leadership skills with a multifaceted program tailored to advance entry-level talent into future leadership roles.
• Receive regular feedback through performance reviews and individual presentations at the end of each rotation.
• Build an internal network by joining the Colleague Network and contributing to meaningful projects.
