Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking to speak to Production Support Engineers with good experience in Fixed Income and Calypso!

Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and resolve production application issues.
Communicate updates and escalate incidents as needed.
Analyze performance data to improve system stability.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and regional teams.
Document issues and solutions.
Participate in shift rotations including weekends for patching.

Requirements :

7-10 years' experience in production application support.

Knowledge of Fixed Income / Swaps products and trade capture systems (Calypso / Markitwire preferred).

Experience with AutoSys scheduler and batch job management.

Strong skills in SQL, UNIX, and scripting.

Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, and monitoring tools (ITRS, Dynatrace, Splunk).

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
