Contracts Manager

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Lead end-to-end contract management, including tenders, negotiations, claims, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, LTA, MOM, and internal policies.
• Manage main and subcontract agreements with focus on execution, risk control, and financial performance.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, cash flow, and monthly progress claims.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on all commercial matters.
• Provide commercial support to project teams and report to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and financial risks, support audits, insurance, and dispute resolution.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience
