ob Scope / Responsibilities :
Product Demonstration :
Present and demonstrate products to customers in different locations in Singapore.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage instructions clearly and persuasively.
Customer Engagement :
Approach and engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer questions and address objections to encourage purchase.
Sales Support :
Promote sales by highlighting product advantages and running live demonstrations.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Upsell or cross-sell complementary products when appropriate.
Inventory & Display Management :
Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and in accordance with brand standards.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs to management.
Reporting & Feedback :
Collect and report customer feedback and product performance insights.
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and demonstration effectiveness.
Training & Product Knowledge :
Continuously update knowledge of new products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Compliance & Cleanliness :
Follow safety and hygiene standards, especially for food, cosmetic, or health-related products.
Maintain a clean and organized demonstration area.
