1. To organize, co-ordinate, check and ensure all production activities follow as plan.

2. Calculate and organize production schedule

3. Plan manpower resources

4. Good supervisory skill, people skill and 5 ‘S’ housekeeping

5. Good writing and communicating skill

Competence Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience and having 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and is an effective team player who is also self driven with a strong achievement orientation.
