QA / QC Technician

As a Technician for the QA / QC department of Nordic Flow control, the person will be responsible for below responsibilities :

Perform Inspection for in-process and outgoing sub-parts and products.

Prepare and compile inspection reports, non-conformance reports and other quality control.

Conduct quality control Inspection / FAT Activities for incoming products, during assembly and finished products.

Perform quality control inspection and testing of electronic / electrical / electromechanical parts and assemblies

Facilitate and monitor supplier's quality and product issues.

Work closely with inter departments to meet customer requirements.

Oversee and maintain of record of equipment and necessary administrative work.

Able to work independently

Plan, coordinate, and handle all QC activities.

Job Requirements

• ITE / Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
• 3 years of QC hands on experience preferably in relevant industry (Electrical & Electronics Components)
• Prior experience in the Maritime / Oil & Gas industries and shipyards will be highly advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
• Relevant working experience in technical field will be an advantage
• Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Responsible, Meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
