Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance to ensure smooth ERP deployment.
  • Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and risks, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors and third-party solution providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including training and user adoption strategies.
  • Monitor post-implementation support and continuous improvement of ERP systems.
  • Ensure all project documentation, governance, and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements / Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong track record in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar) implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
