Roles & Responsibilities

Position : Senior Executive, Brand and Business Development (Housebrand)

Salary : $5,000 + AWS + VB

Location : Joo Koon

Job highlight

Responsible for shaping our brand’s category and portfolio strategy, and managing the commercial targets for brick & mortar and online channels.

Job Descriptions

Identify consumer needs / insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across different channels.

Lead in-depth analysis of sales data to identify issues and opportunities.

Develop and implement plans for new product / commercial innovations for the categories he / she is leading, including campaign and trade activities.

Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for his / her portfolio; manage A&P budget.

Work with cross-functional teams, agency, and channel partners.

Requirements

Degree in any discipline

Minimum 2 years of relevant brand / marketing experience in an FMCG company.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and media / creative agencies is a plus.

Experience in food category is a plus.

Experience in trade marketing and working with supermarkets / grocery chains is a plus.
