Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee overall food quality and safety at the Central Kitchen.
- Ensure all products comply with company, HACCP and AVA / NEA regulatory standards.
- Conduct and manage regular inspections, audits, and QA checks.
- Maintain and improve quality control procedures and SOPs.
- Investigate and follow up on customer feedback and product issues.
Requirements :
Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related fieldMin 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Food Safety, preferably in a Central Kitchen or Food Manufacturing environment.Seize This Opportunity!
