Roles & Responsibilities

Job Requirement :

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Knowledge in BIM will have added advantage.

Job Scope :

Project management involving M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.

Documentation of method statement and work procedures.

Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.

Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.

Preparation of design construction drawings.

Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.

Manpower arrangement and supervise / manage site arrangement.

Attend meetings including but not limited to site meetings and inspections.

Any other business-related matters assigned by the Management / Head office.
