Roles & Responsibilities
Responsiblities :
1) To prepare design, calculations and review of architecture design
drawings according to clients specification and requirement.
2) Plans and supervise archtectural work progress at site.
3) Liaise closing with the subcontractors on the progress of work.
4) Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-
contractors on technical matters.
5) Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied
with.
Requirement :
1) Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
2) Competent in Autocad / BIM / Tekla Software.
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook).
4) At least 3 years of relevant experience.
5) Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
6) Able to lead a team with little supervision.
