Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibility
- Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for both local and foreign employee,attendance and leave management, etc
- Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll.
- Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation, including arrange for repatriation of workers
- Maintaining of personnel records and ensure recordings are up-to-date
- Liaise with government authority, i.e. MOM, IRAS, BCA, etc
- Any ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned
Requirement
Diploma in Human Resource or its equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.Meticulous and organized especially with data.Able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations.Knowledge of Infotech and ABSS software.Able to start immediately will be an advantage.Tell employers what skills you have
