Lead, Compensation & Benefits

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to drive total rewards excellence across a complex, multi-entity organization.

This role will lead the design, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks that balance internal equity, fiscal responsibility, and competitiveness within a unique operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of compensation and benefits, including job evaluation, salary structures, benchmarking, performance-based rewards, and benefits design.
• Partner closely with senior HR leaders and business heads to provide data-driven insights and sound recommendations on total rewards matters.
• Manage annual review cycles, policy harmonization, and governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and fairness across entities.
• Lead a small team and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions.
