Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC records, logs, and inspection reports.
• Identify, document, and report any non-conformances or defects; initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality protocols in the production area.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures, SOPs, and inspection plans.
• Participate in internal audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding quality standards and materials compliance.
