Roles & Responsibilities

Join a dynamic logistics team that delivers integrated land, air, and sea transport solutions across borders. We’re seeking a self-driven, customer-focused professional to manage export operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

Working Location : Changi

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM
Saturday : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM (Alternate)

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt and friendly customer service, including answering calls within 3 rings

Share flight details within 1 hour of booking confirmation

Verify export documentation compliance and apply relevant permits

Monitor shipment status and proactively inform customers of irregularities

Liaise with internal departments (Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, Planning) for smooth coordination

Ensure accurate and updated airfreight rates are applied

Stay informed on airline and government regulatory changes

Submit monthly customer reports punctually

Collaborate with Sales and other teams for special shipment arrangements

Uphold SOP standards in all shipment handling

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification

At least 5 years of experience in export logistics or freight forwarding

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
