Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

To actively participate in agile project management in building new capabilites for banking operations, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
To support the building and implementation of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI technologies to tranform operation processes.
To evaluate emerging GenAI features and their effectiveness to business needs.

Job Responsibility

Agentic AI Development : Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions to streamline and transform processes in banking operation.

GenAI Prompt Engineering : Develop, test, and optimize effective prompts for Generative AI models to achieve desired outputs and improve system performance.

Agile Project Management : Represent user perspectives within agile frameworks, facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement.

User Engagement : Collaborate closely with end-users to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful adoption of AI tools.

Documentation & Reporting : Prepare clear and concise documentation for prompts, and project progress.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Business, or related field.

Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Agentic AI and Generative AI.

Basic understanding of agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
