Commissioning Manager (Construction, M&E) - RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee QA / QC, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and contractors in meetings for system energization and startup activities.
• Ensure systems operate per project specifications, conducting Root Cause Analysis and resolving technical issues.
• Interpret and apply Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and LOTO safety procedures.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and communicate with the Commissioning Agent for issue resolution.
