• Ensure suppliers’ invoices and credit notes
• Ensure accuracy in the cost center and accounts assignment when processing payments
• Process Petty Cash transactions
• Record the payment transaction
• Review and reconcile vendor’s Statement of Account
• Month end closing
• Other ad hoc duties
