Customer Service Officer - Entry-Level
We are hiring friendly and reliable Customer Service Officers!
No prior experience needed - freshers are welcome. If you can type and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Respond to messages or emails in a clear and professional manner.
- Enter and update information accurately into our systems.
- Support day-to-day office tasks such as printing, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain a polite and helpful attitude with customers and team members.
- Follow simple procedures and escalate issues to supervisors if needed.
Requirements
Education : Minimum O-Level / A-Level / equivalent.Typing Skills : Basic typing ability with reasonable speed and accuracy.Language : Able to speak clearly in English . Ability to speak in Tamil or Hindi is a bonus, but not required.Computer Use : Basic knowledge of using a computer (typing, navigating screens, etc.).Attitude : Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work well with others.What We're Looking For
Good communication and listening skills.Friendly and respectful with both customers and co-workers.Reliable and punctual.Able to stay calm and polite under pressure.Attention to detail when entering data or handling information.No prior experience is required - full training will be provided!
