Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with vessels, terminals, suppliers, and service providers regarding vessel schedules.
- Manage vessel arrival, departure, and port formalities, including tug and pilot arrangements, as well as crew matters.
- Submit necessary documents to the Port Authority and relevant statutory bodies.
- Arrange and oversee the supply and delivery of ship spares, stores, services, and provisions.
- Monitor and update vessel ETA and in-port movements.
- Handle vessel and cargo documentation.
- Assist with crew requirements, documentation, and crew change arrangements.
- Prepare and submit estimated and final port disbursement accounts to owners.
- Communicate with shipowners and principals regarding agency appointments, SOA updates, and payments.
- Support and report to the direct supervisor on operational matters and any additional tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements :
