Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness within the lounge
Carry out washing, dry, and store crockery, glassware, and cutlery
Ensure all stains and marks etc. on crockery, glassware and cutlery are removed
Ensure clean crockery, glassware and cutlery are replaced in their designated places in the lounge
Clearing of used plates, dishes, glasses and all other cutlery from tables and ensure cleanliness of tables
Ensure cleanliness of public areas and carry out deep cleaning by using suitable equipment or machines when necessary
Ensure cleanliness of toilets and shower rooms and replenish amenities such as toilet paper, shaving cream, and makeup removal when required
Daily on-ground assessment to plan, schedule, and execute all work requirements
Supervising and executing day-to-day operations as directed
Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues
Attend to customers' queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely professional way.
Any additional duties as required
Requirements
Degree or Diploma Holders
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Cleaning Operations is preferred
Able to operate cleaning equipment and machines
Able to accept 6 days of rotating shift working hours as required by the airport's operations (Morning shift, afternoon shift, and midnight shift) including Public Holidays
Fluency in written and verbal English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Always maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, neatly attired and professionally groomed.
