Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Design and build machine learning models for financial markets, including predictive models and AI agents using LLMs.
Work with both traditional ML methods (time series, anomaly detection, pattern recognition) and modern AI tools (LangChain, reasoning loops, tool orchestration).
Analyze large financial datasets to generate useful insights.
Develop full ML pipelines covering model training, backtesting, deployment, and monitoring.
Create research platforms for experimenting with both classical models and LLM-based approaches.
Collaborate with traders, quants, and researchers to solve financial problems with ML solutions.
Build risk assessment and portfolio optimization systems using quantitative and AI-driven methods.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in ML engineering, quantitative research, or data science.

Strong Python skills with libraries like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, plus ML frameworks.

Hands-on experience with supervised / unsupervised learning, deep learning, time series, and statistical modeling.

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic systems is a plus.

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience handling and extracting features from large datasets.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills to explain findings clearly.

Financial markets or trading knowledge is a plus (not mandatory).

Experience in backtesting, risk modeling, or portfolio optimization is beneficial.
