EXECUTIVE (SERVICE EXCELLENCE)

What the role is

As an Executive in the Service Excellence Department, you will play a key role in providing frontline counter services to court users at the Singapore Courts' service hubs. This includes understanding the needs of court users, providing accurate information on court processes, and applying the right service techniques that are in line with the Judiciary's service vision.

What you will be working on

You will be involved in the following work areas :

• Handle counter enquiries and provide information to court users on court processes
• Receive applications for court records / appeals at the counters and verify that the court documents submitted are properly filed
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
• Provide suggestions on improving service quality and processes to enhance court users' service experience
