Pediatric Occupational Therapist

At Dynamics Therapy Group, our mission is to help every child thrive. We are expanding our team and invite a passionate, dedicated Occupational Therapist to join us. In this role, you’ll devote 22 hours per week to direct clinical work, guiding children and adolescents along their developmental journey—enhancing their abilities, building their confidence, and helping them reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do

• Hands-On Therapy (22 Hours / Week) : Deliver personalized, evidence-based OT interventions to help young clients overcome challenges and achieve meaningful milestones.
• Team Collaboration : Share your clinical insights and feedback with our multidisciplinary team, playing a key role in refining and improving our therapy programs.
• Engagement & Meetings (5 Hours / Week) : Participate in departmental and multidisciplinary meetings, as well as supervision sessions, to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.
• Professional Growth : Stay current with the latest OT trends and research, contributing innovative ideas to enhance our approaches and client outcomes.
