Creative Director

In this role, you will lead the creative vision and execution of immersive brand experiences across high-end events, private experiences, and cultural activations. You will be responsible for shaping concepts from idea to delivery, working closely with designers, production, and marketing teams to bring bold ideas to life.

The role offers high creative autonomy, hands-on involvement, and the opportunity to work with demanding, high-profile clients across Asia and beyond. You’ll thrive in a lean, collaborative environment where flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are critical.

You will be responsible for :

• Leading end-to-end creative concept development for immersive events, experiences, and activations
• Translating abstract ideas into tangible creative outputs (2D, 3D, spatial, copy, and storytelling)
• Collaborating closely with designers, producers, and marketing teams to ensure ideas are executable and aligned
• Guiding and mentoring junior creatives and designers, fostering creative growth and accountability
• Contributing hands-on across creative disciplines (concepting, visual direction, copywriting, CAD / 3D inputs)
• Presenting creative ideas confidently to clients and adapting concepts based on feedback
• Balancing creativity with feasibility, budgets, and production realities
• Staying ahead of cultural, design, technology, and experiential trends (AR, immersive tech, AI-assisted workflows)
• Working with demanding clients while remaining flexible and open to evolving creative directions
• Participating in internal passion-led initiatives where ideas can be explored and turned into real-world experiences
