Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets in the telecommunications sector.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
• Lead the sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product) to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and progress against targets.
• Drive account planning activities and develop tailored solutions to address client-specific needs.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to optimize performance and exceed sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and expand the client base.
