Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide full trust administration services, ensuring governance, compliance, and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare client dossiers, KYC documentation, resolutions, and assist with bank account openings.
- Maintain and update client records, follow up on quarterly due diligence, and manage filings with registered agents.
- Support year-end insurance and financial reviews, project work, and ad-hoc assignments.
- Issue invoices, monitor outstanding fees, and assist in debt recovery.
- Uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
- Prepare Directors’ Resolutions and coordinate with directors for timely execution.
- Prepare Trustees’ Resolutions and follow up with trustees for completion.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree; STEP membership or in progress preferred.With 3 - 5 years of working experience in Trust of Company Service Provider industry experience.High professional ethics, integrity, and reliability.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.Strong analytical, report-writing, and client relationship skills.Professional and composed in challenging situations.HOW TO APPLY :
