Our client, a global

architecture and design firm, is seeking an experienced Project

Manager to join their expanding

team.

The

Role

The Project Manager

(Architecture / Design Projects) is responsible for overseeing the

full lifecycle of large-scale architectural or mixed-use

developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within

scope, and aligned with client objectives. This includes developing

and maintaining project schedules, coordinating closely with

internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance

with all relevant Singapore regulatory authorities such as URA,

BCA, and SCDF.

A key part of the role involves

leading multi-disciplinary consultant coordination-covering

architecture, MEP, structural, façade, interiors, and other

specialists-to ensure all deliverables are consistent, clash-free,

and aligned through BIM and other collaboration tools. The Project

Manager also acts as the central point of contact for clients,

contractors, and sub-consultants, maintaining clarity on scope,

schedules, and deliverables.

Commercial

management responsibilities include tracking budgets, consultant

fees, and variation orders, as well as preparing cost and time

impact assessments for any scope changes. The role also involves

building dashboards in Power BI or equivalent tools to visualize

KPIs, programme progress, and risk exposure, while preparing clear,

data-driven reports for internal leadership and

clients.

The

Requirements

Candidates should

have at least eight years of experience in project management for

large-scale developments in Singapore, strong knowledge of

regulatory processes, proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary

teams, and proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and

Power BI. Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial

negotiation skills are essential, with familiarity in

sustainability standards like BCA Green Mark or LEED being a

plus.
