Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on requests and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare and process service requests such as policy summaries, premium details, and beneficiary information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
