Job Description
We invite self-motivated, initiative professionals to join our Administration Team.
The role involves :
- Cleaning of the office area Cleaning of pantry, including microwave ovens + refrigerator Cleaning of the sinks Cleaning of pantry tabletop Cleaning of all the hot desks Cleaning of all Focus and Private Rooms Cleaning of Meeting Rooms Cleaning of glass boards, whiteboards, Condeco panels Cleaning of glass and window panels Cleaning of glass doors, door handles, copiers and common touch surface area Cleaning of locker surfaces
- Topping up and cleaning of Nestle coffee machine in pantry
- Refilling fresh milk in Starbucks machine
- Mopping of pantry floor
- Clearing of rubbish (3x a day)
- Clearing of shredder machine
- Vacuuming of office between 7am - 8am daily
- Sweeping of carpet / floor when required during the day when staff are in office
- Replenishing of pantry stock
- Supervision of vendors when required
- Assisting in any required work with co-colleagues
- Any other ad-hoc duties as & when required
