IT Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Responsible for the operations, backup and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure and operations.
• Plan and manage IT budget and projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage in-house IT team and vendors to provide quality support for all business units.
• Establish & review IT policies and procedures including risks, cybersecurity and data protection.
• Assist in IT solutions and applications for business enhancement and development purposes.
• Conduct end user training when required.
• Manage procurement requests for IT equipment and services and oversee IT asset management.
• Continually review company's Digital Transformation roadmap in accordance with the evolving technology landscape and assist business units on feasibility study and solution evaluation.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
