He / She is committed to providing the highest levels of comfort and hospitality to guests, which leads to achieving maximum guest satisfaction and organisational profitability.
Creates standard operating procedures for operations, keeping in line with the hotel’s service standards. The Executive Housekeeper / Director of Housekeeping handles budgeting and control on expenses. He / She also needs to oversee inventory checks.
- Handles all staff matters, including hiring and training. He / She resolves issues and directs teams to meet the hotel’s standards. He / She also shows a high level of organisational awareness and leadership skills. He / She often works and consults with other departments / sections within the hotel.
