Job description
- Ensure that the set-up of tables in the restaurant is as per the standards required for each meal period and as set in the Restaurant operating policy.
- Assist in the supervision of the daily operations of the outlet.
- Assist in cashiering duties and reservations.
- Assist with the rostering of manpower.
- To have full understanding and knowledge of all items that are offered on the menu & beverage list.
- Maintain standards of service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with necessary administrative duties.
Job Requirements :
Experience working in an Indian restaurantStrong knowledge of Indian cuisineHotel experience is preferredExcellent communications skillsCustomer service oriented and able to handleTell employers what skills you have
